The Terms of Return

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The artifact must be in its original condition— as it was when fate delivered it to you.

The Exchange Ritual

Should you wish to exchange for a different size or variant, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Some fates, once claimed by another, cannot be redirected.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom-made artifacts
• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

The Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship within 7 days of authorization
5. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
